HB 226                                                                                            
Representative Stoltze brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                    
HB 226 am (page 1462).                                                                              
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 226 am                                                                          
     "An Act relating to the sale, offer for sale, representation, and                              
     labeling of food or other agricultural products as organic, and to                             
     the state organic certification program; and providing for an                                  
     effective date."                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
HB 226 am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                 
rescinding previous action in adopting Amendment No. 1.                                             
                                                                                                    
Representative Gruenberg objected and withdrew the objection.                                       
                                                                                                    
There being no further objection, HB 226 am was returned to second                                  
reading.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House rescind previous action in adopting Amendment No. 1.  There                                   
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                              
                                                                                                    
Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent to                                       
withdraw Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
